Shipping and Return Policies

Our goal is uplift children, parents, and grandparents through Santa and the magic of Christmas. If you are not completely satisfied with your package or letter from Santa, you may return it within 60 days of your purchase date for a 100% refund. We will do all we can to resolve any concerns to help you be satisfied and happy with what you receive. We have received many compliments from our customers for our outstanding customer service. If after working with us to resolve your concerns you feel a refund is necessary, a reasonable explanation for a requested refund must be provided. Items offered for free cannot be refunded. Shipping charges may not be refunded. Refunds may be given after items are returned and received.

Postcards will arrive within 7 to 10 days after they are ordered. Packages and Letters ordered before Thanksgiving arrive shortly after Thanksgiving. Packages and Letters ordered after Thanksgiving are printed and mailed out typically within 24 hours, or 48 hours if Sunday falls within the 24 hours. They are mailed from Kansas City and arrive according to typical USPS First Class mailing time periods. Priority Service postage, if chosen, should arrive a little faster than first class postage. Postcards are mailed First Class. Packages, Letters and Packages are mailed with a First Class or Priority Mail stamp. We reserve the right to combine packages for shipping to make sure they arrive together, if not specified by the customer to shipped separately.
