Choose your letter package, personalize it with your child’s or grandchild’s name and details, and Santa will send it directly from the North Pole. Every envelope is sealed, stamped, and filled with Christmas magic.

When will my letter from Santa arrive?

All Santa letters ordered before Thanksgiving are mailed right after Thanksgiving and usually arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders placed after Thanksgiving ship the next business day. Delivery times vary based on USPS and UPS holiday volume, but most letters arrive within 2 to 5 days. To ensure delivery before Christmas, it’s best to order by early December.

Can I send Santa letters to more than one child or family member?

When will my Postcard from Santa arrive?

All Santa Postcards are mailed the next business day using USPS First-Class Mail. Delivery times vary depending on USPS holiday volume but usually take between 2 and 10 business days. To make sure it arrives before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by early December.

How does the Call From Santa work?

When you schedule a Call From Santa, you provide your child’s name and a few personal details so Santa can make the call feel truly special. At the chosen time, your child will receive a real phone call from Santa Claus himself. Each call includes a warm greeting, mentions of good behavior and accomplishments, and plenty of North Pole cheer. It’s a magical way to bring Santa’s voice to life before Christmas.
